Dear Mr. Collins,

As a resident of Odenton, Maryland, I am very distressed to learn of plans to operate the Chesapeake Terrace Landfill in a residential area.

My Family and community are very concerned about the environmental and safety issues associated with the proposed facility. We have lived in this area for many years and enjoy the natural environment, wetlands and wildlife around us. We do not wish to see all of this area destroyed and are worried about the danger brought on by the increased amount of truck traffic (600 trucks per day) being proposed by Mr. Halle.

My family and community will NOT support the Maryland Department of Environment on this matter. I strongly encourage MDE not to issue a permit for this proposed facility.
